Project TEAM - An Innovative Early Intervention Mentoring Program Our newest program is an intensive mentoring program that targets young boys/teens in grades 3 - 10 who have exhibited behavioral or violent tendencies. Our outcome is to decrease violence and behavioral problems with a long term goal of successful matriculation from high school, decreased domestic violence, and a positive introduction into adult society.
